Lowell has dedicated nearly two decades to non-profit organizations in Fernley. His extensive service includes board memberships with the Fernley Junior Rodeo Association, Fernley Builders Association, Fernley Chamber of Commerce, and Main Street Fernley. He has also held the position of President for the Fernley Builders Association, Main Street Fernley, and the Fernley Chamber of Commerce.
During his presidency at the Fernley Chamber of Commerce, Lowell was instrumental in initiating the Main Street program at the request of the City of Fernley. After attending Main Street NOW in 2022, he has been a driving force behind the Main Street Fernley program since its inception in 2023. Lowell played a key role in establishing the organization and populating its Board and Committee with dedicated local members. He continues to serve as the President of Main Street Fernley.
Shannon Ceresola is a fifth-generation Nevadan with deep historical roots in the Fernley area. A proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Shannon has dedicated her professional life to the fields of environmental permitting and construction management. As the majority owner of Ceresola Inspection Services and CP Construction Group, she strives to enhance the synergy between land development, construction operations, and responsible environmental resource management.
Passionate about the positive economic growth of Fernley, Shannon and her family actively invest in the local community through various small businesses. In 2003, they opened The Electric Sun tanning salon, which expanded into a full-service day spa and boutique by 2007. In 2016, they launched The Nest, a charming gift, homeware, and furniture store that has become a staple in the community.
Shannon’s commitment to Fernley extends beyond her businesses. In 2023, she was appointed to the Lyon County Planning Commission, where she contributes her expertise to local development initiatives. Additionally, she serves as Vice-President of the Fernley Chamber of Commerce, advocating for local enterprises and fostering a vibrant community spirit.
Through her professional endeavors and community involvement, Shannon Ceresola continues to play a vital role in shaping the future of Fernley, ensuring it thrives while preserving its hometown feel.
Ashley has been a dedicated member of the Fernley Main Street Incorporation’s Board of Directors since 2023.
With a robust background in the real estate and lending community, she brings over a decade of experience and expertise to her role.

Skye has been a dedicated Real Estate Agent since 2015, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for helping clients find their perfect homes. Beyond her professional achievements, Skye is deeply committed to her community. Since 2019, she has served as the Vice President of the Fernley Aces Organization, where she tirelessly organizes a variety of beloved community events, including music festivals mural projects and margarita nights, and the highly anticipated Fernley Haunted House.
In her role as the Office Manager for the Fernley Chamber of Commerce, Skye plays a pivotal role in supporting local businesses and fostering community growth. Her efforts have significantly contributed to the vibrancy and cohesion of the Fernley community.
Skye holds an Associate’s degree in Psychology, which enhances her ability to understand and meet the needs of her clients and colleagues. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid softball mom enthusiast .
After graduating from Fallon, Nevada in 1984, Kellie relocated to Fernley. She is a proud mother of four boys and has dedicated much of her life to volunteering in various non-profit and social organizations, including the PTA, Little League, 4-H, Snowboard/Ski Club, Senior Citizens Center, Booster Club, NV Veteran Coalition, Fern 45, and the Chamber of Commerce.
Kellie has a diverse professional background. She worked as a dispatcher for the Fallon Police Department and as an aide to special needs students at Fernley Elementary. She played a significant role in designing, building, and opening the Pilot Travel Center and the Best Western of Fernley. In the early 2000s, she owned what is now the All Points Grill.
In 1996, Kellie obtained her real estate license to assist in developing, building, and selling the first new home development in Fernley since the mid-1980s, Summerwood Homes. She represented several builders over the next decade in the Fernley, Fallon, and Reno areas, specializing in first-time buyer programs.
In 2004, Kellie opened her own brokerage, Cardin Realty, expanding into property management while continuing land development and sales. She served as a member of the Chamber of Commerce in the mid-1990s and, along with her husband, owns the last standing saloon in Fernley, the Silver Spur, a family-owned business since 1982.
Kellie has been an active member of the Sierra Nevada Board of Realtors, serving as a Board of Director for Fernley from 2010 to 2016. She has also been a member of the Grievance Committee for the Real Estate Board from 2017 to 2024 and currently serves as the Grievance Committee Chairperson.
Kellie is passionate about creating family-friendly activities, promoting local shopping, and enhancing entertainment options in Fernley.
